Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about SuiteSqr
Finding the Right Service Provider
SuiteSqr is a directory and matching platform for the NetSuite ecosystem. It helps businesses find the right NetSuite implementation service provider, support provider, or specialist by searching across verified profiles, reading reviews from real customers, and using our matching tool to find the best fit for their specific situation.
Yes. Searching the directory, reading profiles, using the matching tool, writing reviews, and sending messages are all free for customers.
Firms are NetSuite service companies with teams of consultants. Independent consultants are solo practitioners who work directly with clients. 3rd party vendors sell complementary products or tools that integrate with NetSuite. Each type has different profile requirements. For example, firms must provide a company website, while independent consultants must provide a LinkedIn URL instead.
Use the search filters in the service provider directory to filter by industry, modules, capabilities, client size, geography, and more. You can also use the "Find My Match" tool which scores every service provider in the directory against your specific needs and returns your top matches ranked by fit.
Service providers who have claimed their profile have verified their identity and are responsible for keeping their information current. Unclaimed profiles are seeded from public research and are marked as unclaimed. Reviews from real customers add an additional layer of accountability. Claimed and verified profiles appear first in search results.
An unclaimed profile was created by SuiteSqr from publicly available information. The firm has not yet verified ownership. A claimed profile means the firm has registered, verified their identity, and actively manages their own listing. Claimed profiles appear before unclaimed profiles in search results.
Yes. You can send messages directly to service providers through our built-in messaging system. You can also click their website, LinkedIn, or other social links directly from their profile.
Getting Listed
Your firm may already have an unclaimed profile. Search for your company name in the directory. If a profile exists, you can claim it. If not, you can register as a service provider and create a new profile directly.
Nothing right now. SuiteSqr is an open platform: every verified service provider gets the full set of profile features at no cost. We plan to release premium features in the future, and will notify affected users before any charges apply.
The more complete your profile, the better you will appear in search results and the matching tool. Include your industries served, NetSuite modules you specialize in, features and capabilities, client size range, a clear description of your firm, your logo, and social media links. You can also create solutions & offerings to showcase specific services you provide.
Solutions & offerings are specific services you list on your profile, such as implementation packages, support plans, or training programs. Each has a title, description, pricing (fixed, range, or contact-for-pricing), category, and optional media. Customers can leave reviews on individual solutions & offerings separately from your main profile.
Once you have submitted your profile for review, our team typically reviews and approves listings within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification when your profile is approved or if changes are needed.
Firms must provide a company name, verified contact email (matching your website domain), short bio, website, logo, and at least one selection each for industries, modules, features, and client sizes. Independent consultants need a LinkedIn URL instead of a website. Your contact email must be a business email. Personal email domains like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook are not accepted for firms.
You will receive an email explaining what needs to be changed. You can update your profile and resubmit for review. Common rejection reasons include incomplete information, unverifiable business details, or content that does not meet our guidelines.
Yes. Profile fields are checked for profanity, and you cannot use "SuiteSqr" branding (or variations) in your company name, website, or contact email. Company and firm names are also checked for duplicates using fuzzy matching, so names too similar to an existing listing will be flagged.
Claiming Your Profile
Find your firm in the directory and click "Claim This Profile." You will be prompted to verify your identity using your company email or through Google sign-in. Once approved by our team, you will receive login credentials via email and can then manage your profile, respond to reviews, and access analytics.
Your email domain must match the website domain on the profile. For example, if the profile shows yourcompany.com, you need an @yourcompany.com email address. You can verify via a 6-digit email code or through Google or Microsoft sign-in. Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted for claiming.
Once claimed, you can edit all profile information, respond to customer reviews, add your logo and branding, update your module and capability specialties, create and manage solutions & offerings, access your analytics dashboard (profile views, search impressions, outbound clicks, review engagement), and receive notifications when customers write reviews or reply to your content.
Submit a support case and we will investigate and resolve the dispute. We verify ownership through company domain email matching and may request additional documentation.
Currently each profile has a single login. If multiple team members need access, the login credentials will need to be shared within your organization. Multi-user access is on our roadmap for a future release.
Reviews and Replies
Any registered customer (company account) on SuiteSqr can leave a review. We ask that reviewers have direct experience working with the service provider they are reviewing. You can leave one review per service provider and one review per solution & offering.
Reviews include a star rating (0.5 to 5 stars in half-star increments), written feedback, project type, and context for industry, NetSuite modules, and features relevant to the engagement.
Yes. Both service providers and customers can reply to any review. Replies support threaded conversations, so you can reply directly to a review or to another reply. All replies are public and attributed to your display name.
You can edit or delete your review within 24 hours of posting. After 24 hours, the content is permanent. Edit history is retained and visible to other users for transparency. If you delete within the 24-hour window, the text is replaced with "[deleted by user]" but any existing replies are preserved.
No. Service providers cannot remove reviews. If you believe a review violates our community guidelines, you can report it using the flag icon on the review. Our moderation team will investigate.
Logged-in users can upvote or downvote reviews and replies. The net score (upvotes minus downvotes) is displayed on each piece of content. Your own reviews and replies are automatically upvoted by you when posted.
Yes. Reviews are checked for profanity before publishing. Users can report reviews or replies they believe violate our guidelines. If a review or reply accumulates enough reports, it is flagged as "Disputed" or "Heavily Disputed" to alert the community and our moderation team. Our team reviews all reports and either dismisses them or removes the content with a stated reason.
Reporting Content
Click the flag icon on any review or reply. Select a reason (Spam or Fake Review, Offensive or Abusive Language, Misleading or False Information, Harassment or Personal Attack, Conflict of Interest, Unverifiable or Unsupported Claims, or Other) and provide a detailed explanation (10-500 characters). You can file one report per piece of content.
Your report is added to our moderation queue. Our team reviews each report and either dismisses it (if the content does not violate our policies) or removes the content. You will receive an in-app notification with the outcome and the reason for the decision.
When a review or reply receives 5 or more pending reports, it is marked as "Disputed" and a community summary is generated to provide context. If reports continue to accumulate and reach 15 or more, the content is elevated to "Heavily Disputed." In both cases, the content remains visible but is clearly labeled so readers are aware of the community concerns. Our moderation team investigates and will either dismiss the reports or remove the content.
Removed reviews and replies are replaced with a placeholder that reads "Review removed by moderator" or "Reply removed by moderator" along with the cited reason. Any replies underneath the removed content remain visible.
Blog
The blog shares insights, guides, and lessons from the NetSuite ecosystem. Anyone can read it at /blog, no account required.
Yes, if you are signed in as a company or service provider account. Anyone can read the comments, but you need to be logged in to post one. Administrators can moderate comments but do not post them.
Comments are public and attributed to your public identity: your username (shown as "s/username") for company accounts, or the name of your firm for provider accounts. Your name links to your public profile, and you can delete your own comments at any time.
The Matching Tool
You answer questions about your needs: the type of service provider you are looking for, whether you need full-time or part-time engagement, your industry, company size, the NetSuite modules you need, the capabilities you are looking for, and what kind of help you need. The engine scores every service provider in the directory against your answers and returns your top matches ranked by fit.
The score reflects how well a service provider's profile aligns with your specific answers. It weights module expertise and capabilities most heavily since those determine whether a service provider can actually do the work. Industry experience, client size fit, and engagement type are also factored in.
You can take the quiz without an account, but you need to be logged in to see your results. This allows us to save your matches so you can return to them later.
Yes. You can retake the quiz as many times as you like. Each session is saved separately so you can compare results over time.
Yes. On the modules, capabilities, and industry steps you can type in custom specialties if what you are looking for is not in the predefined list. These custom specialties are matched against service provider profiles that have added the same terms.
Yes. Each match result links to the provider's full profile where you can send a message, visit their website, or view their social links.
Notifications
Service providers receive notifications when a customer writes a review on their profile or a solution & offering, and when someone replies directly to their comment. Customers receive notifications when someone replies to their review or comment. All users are notified about moderation outcomes on content they reported or authored.
The bell icon in the navigation bar shows your unread notification count. Click it to see a preview of recent unread notifications. Click "View all notifications" to see your full notification history with filtering options (All, Unread, Read).
Yes. You can dismiss individual notifications from the bell dropdown, delete individual notifications from the full notifications page using the X button, or clear all notifications at once using the "Clear all" button.
Yes. Clicking a notification takes you directly to the specific review or reply it references, automatically switching to the correct tab, expanding the relevant content, and highlighting the target with a temporary visual indicator.
Yes. Key events also trigger email notifications: new reviews on your profile, replies to your reviews or comments, and new direct messages. Email notifications are sent to your verified email address.
Yes. Go to Account Settings > Email Preferences and toggle off any of: direct messages, support case updates, reviews and replies, or product news and announcements.
