Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to SuiteSqr ("we," "us," or "our"). SuiteSqr is a B2B directory platform operating at suitesqr.com that connects companies seeking NetSuite implementation, support, and consulting services with NetSuite service provider firms. By accessing or using the SuiteSqr platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SuiteSqr. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register using an email and password, or through a supported third-party authentication provider (Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately by creating a support case if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
If you use email and password to log in, you are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your account. We recommend using a password manager and avoiding reuse of passwords across platforms. If you log in via Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn SSO, the security of your account is also dependent on the security of that provider account.
SuiteSqr will never ask for your password or account credentials via email or unsolicited message. We may send you a verification code when you initiate an account change such as updating your email address, but we will never ask for that code via an inbound or unsolicited message. If you receive an unsolicited message claiming to be from SuiteSqr that requests your password or credentials, do not respond and report it to admin@suitesqr.com.
2.1 Account Types
- Service Provider accounts require email verification and are subject to administrative review before approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny service provider accounts at our discretion.
- Company (buyer) accounts are approved automatically upon email verification and completion of a company profile (your first and last name, a public username, industry, and location).
2.2 Email Verification
All accounts require email verification. We may periodically require re-verification of your email address (approximately every 30 days). If you change your email address, you must verify the new address through a two-step confirmation process before the change takes effect.
We are building additional account security options, including two-factor authentication, which will be available to all account types in a future release.
2.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding contracts on behalf of your organization in order to register for an account.
3. Name, Username & Company Name Policy
All usernames, personal names, and company names on SuiteSqr must comply with the following standards. These rules are designed to maintain trust, prevent impersonation, and ensure a professional environment across the platform.
3.1 Personal Name
Company (buyer) accounts are required to provide the account holder's real first and last name. Your real name is not shown publicly. It is visible only to SuiteSqr administrators for account management and moderation. Your public identity across reviews, replies, and messages is your username (see 3.2), not your name.
- Must be your real given name and surname.
- No profanity, slurs, or discriminatory language.
- SuiteSqr reserves the right to request verification of a name if it appears misleading or fraudulent.
3.2 Public Username
Company (buyer) accounts choose a public username (or one is generated for you). Your username is your public identity and is displayed as "s/username" everywhere your activity appears, including reviews, replies, and messages, in place of your real name. Service providers see your username, not your name. (Providers on paid analytics plans may still see the email address of customers who viewed their profile or clicked their outbound links.)
- Must be 5 to 20 characters, using letters, numbers, and underscores only.
- Must be unique across the platform.
- No impersonation of other individuals, companies, brands, or platforms (including SuiteSqr).
- No profanity, slurs, or discriminatory language.
- Usernames are set once. To change your username, submit a support case and our team can update it for you.
3.3 Company Name Requirements
- Must be between 2 and 100 characters.
- Allowed characters: letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, ampersands, periods, and apostrophes.
- No impersonation of known companies or brands.
- No profanity, slurs, or discriminatory language.
- Must reflect your actual registered business name or a name you operate under.
- SuiteSqr reserves the right to request verification of a company name if it appears misleading or fraudulent.
3.4 Enforcement
SuiteSqr reserves the right to suspend or require a change on any account whose username, name, or company name violates this policy. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform without our prior written consent.
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of automated abuse.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures we implement.
- File false, retaliatory, or bad-faith reports against other users' content.
- Manipulate review scores through fake accounts, coordinated voting, or paid reviews.
- Use the Service for any purpose that competes directly with SuiteSqr without our written consent.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of these acceptable use standards, including suspending or terminating accounts and removing content.
5. Service Provider Listings
Service provider firms that list on SuiteSqr represent and warrant that all information provided in their profile, including service areas, headcount, modules supported, and project experience, is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Profiles must reflect your firm's current capabilities and standing.
5.1 Profile Approval and Review
All new service provider profiles must be submitted for administrative review before they become publicly visible. We may approve, reject (with a reason), or request changes to any submission. Approved profiles may be unapproved or archived if we later determine they violate these Terms.
5.2 Unclaimed and Claimed Profiles
SuiteSqr may create unclaimed profiles for service provider firms based on publicly available information. These profiles are labeled as "Unclaimed" and contain limited information. Authorized representatives of the firm may submit a claim request to take ownership of an unclaimed profile. Claim requests require identity verification and are subject to administrative approval.
5.3 Solutions & Offerings
Service providers may create solutions and offerings (specific services listed for review). Each includes a title, description, pricing information, category, and optional media. They may be saved as drafts or published. Published solutions & offerings are visible to all users and may receive reviews. Pricing information must be accurate and not misleading.
5.4 Open Platform
SuiteSqr is currently an open platform. All service provider features are available to verified providers at no cost. We plan to release premium features in the future; when we do, we will update these Terms and notify affected users before any charges apply.
By submitting a listing, you grant SuiteSqr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your firm's profile information, solutions & offerings, and associated content as part of the Service.
6. Reviews, Replies, and Comments
6.1 Review Submission
Company accounts may submit reviews of service provider firms or specific solutions & offerings they have engaged with. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine first-hand experience, and comply with our acceptable use standards. Each company may submit one review per service provider (for provider-level reviews) and one review per solution & offering.
6.2 Review Content
Reviews include a star rating (0.5 to 5 in half-star increments), review text, project type, and context specialties (industry, NetSuite modules, features). Reviews are publicly displayed and attributed to your public username, not your real name. You may not submit reviews for providers with whom you have no direct working relationship, post fake reviews, or accept compensation in exchange for reviews.
6.3 Replies
Any logged-in user (service provider or company) may reply to reviews. Replies support threaded conversations - you may reply directly to a review or to another reply. Replies must be professional and must not contain personal attacks, confidential client information, or profanity.
6.4 Editing and Deletion
You may edit or delete your own reviews and replies within 24 hours of posting. After 24 hours, content is permanent. Edit history (previous versions) is retained and visible to other users for transparency. If you delete content within the 24-hour window, the text is replaced with "[deleted by user]" but the record and any existing replies are preserved.
6.5 Voting
Logged-in users may upvote or downvote reviews and replies. Votes are anonymous to other users but associated with your account internally. Coordinated or automated voting to manipulate scores is prohibited.
6.6 Blog Comments
Logged-in company and service provider accounts may comment on SuiteSqr blog posts. Administrators may moderate comments but do not post them. Comments are publicly visible to all visitors and are attributed to your public identity (your username for company accounts, or your firm's name for provider accounts), which links to your public profile. Comments must comply with our acceptable use standards. You may delete your own comments at any time, and SuiteSqr may remove any comment at its discretion.
SuiteSqr does not endorse any user content and is not liable for its content. We reserve the right to remove any review, reply, or comment at our discretion.
7. Content Reporting and Moderation
7.1 Reporting Content
Any logged-in user may report a review or reply they believe violates these Terms. Reports require a reason (Spam or Fake Review, Offensive or Abusive Language, Misleading or False Information, Harassment or Personal Attack, Conflict of Interest, Unverifiable or Unsupported Claims, or Other) and a detailed explanation (10-500 characters). You may not report your own content. Each user may file one pending report per piece of content.
7.2 Dispute Escalation
If a review or reply accumulates 5 or more pending reports, it is marked as "Disputed" and a community summary is generated to provide context. If reports continue to accumulate and reach 15 or more, the content is elevated to "Heavily Disputed." In both cases, the content remains publicly visible but is clearly labeled so readers are aware of community concerns. Dispute labels are a temporary measure and do not constitute a determination that the content violates our policies. An administrator will review the reports and either dismiss them (removing the dispute label) or remove the content.
7.3 Administrative Actions
Administrators may dismiss individual reports or all reports on a piece of content, with a stated reason. Administrators may also remove reviews or replies that violate these Terms, with a stated reason. When content is removed, it remains visible as a placeholder stating "Review removed by moderator" or "Reply removed by moderator" along with the cited reason. Existing replies to removed content remain visible.
7.4 Notifications
If your content is reported and subsequently dismissed or removed, you will receive an in-app notification with details. If a report you filed is dismissed, you will receive a notification with the administrator's stated reason. Retaliatory or bad-faith reporting is a violation of these Terms and may result in account action.
8. Messaging
The Service includes a messaging system that allows users to communicate. Messages are private between the sender and recipient(s). Messaging is available to all verified accounts. You agree not to use the messaging system to send spam, harassment, solicitations unrelated to NetSuite services, or content that violates these Terms. SuiteSqr reserves the right to monitor messages for abuse prevention purposes and to suspend messaging privileges for users who violate these standards.
9. Matching Tool
The "Find My Match" tool provides provider recommendations based on your quiz responses (industry, modules, preferences, and goals). Match results are algorithmic suggestions only and do not constitute endorsements, referrals, or guarantees of service quality. SuiteSqr is not responsible for the outcome of any engagement initiated through match results.
10. Intellectual Property
The SuiteSqr platform, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and all content created by SuiteSqr, is owned by or licensed to SuiteSqr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as your profile information, reviews, replies, blog comments, solutions & offerings, and messages), but you grant SuiteSqr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
11. Analytics and Tracking
SuiteSqr collects usage data including profile views, review impressions, search activity, outbound link clicks, and engagement metrics (votes). This data is used to provide analytics dashboards to service providers and to improve the Service. For details on what data is collected and how it is used, please see our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SUITESQR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
SuiteSqr is a directory, review, and introduction platform only. We do not participate in, supervise, or guarantee the outcome of any engagement between a company and a service provider firm discovered through the Service. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content including reviews, profile information, or solution & offering details. Any decisions made based on information found on SuiteSqr are made at your own risk.
Match results, provider rankings, and sorting algorithms are not endorsements. Featured placements and sort ordering may be influenced by profile completeness and engagement metrics.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUITESQR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUITESQR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUITESQR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SUITESQR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
14. Account Suspension and Termination
You may request account deletion at any time by creating a support case. We may suspend, archive, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Suspension or archiving may be applied at the account or profile level, with a stated reason. Archived accounts are blocked from logging in and their profiles are hidden from public view. Reviews and replies submitted by archived accounts remain visible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and any content you have submitted to the platform.
14.1 Electronic Communications and Email Preferences
By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related electronic communications from us. From Account Settings > Email Preferences you may turn off any of: direct messages, support case updates, reviews and replies, and product news and announcements. Security and identity emails (verification codes, password resets, and administrator decisions on your profile) are required to operate the Service and cannot be disabled while your account is active.
15. Support
You may submit support cases through the platform or by contacting us directly. Support cases are tracked with a unique case number and may include threaded communication between you and our team. We aim to respond to support cases promptly but do not guarantee specific response times. Support cases may be auto-closed after a period of inactivity.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
